Consignment Policies and Procedures.

 

How it works

  • A commission fee of 18% applies to items listed at $160 and above.
  • If the listed item is priced below $160, a flat fee of $30 will be automatically deducted, replacing the 18% commission.
  • You can access and manage your inventory through the portal link on our website or the Sneaker Consign mobile app


Payment Procedure

  • The weekly sales cutoff day is Friday at the close of business.
  • All payouts will be accepted and processed every Tuesday.
  • A 2.9% fee, unrelated to our consignment percentage, applies to all payouts due to bank processing.
  • Ensure your bank account is linked to your Sneaker Consign account.


Drop-Off Procedure

  • Start by creating a submission using the "Sell Items" tab on Sneaker Consign.
  • If your submission has more than thirty (30) items, please stop at thirty (30) and make another submission for the remaining items.
  • After submitting, wait for approval and drop-off instructions from our consignment team if applicable.
  • Please be aware that consignment services are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.


Pick-Up Procedure

  • Use the "Withdraw" feature on Sneaker Consign to submit a list for item pickup, and wait for confirmation from our consignment team.
  • If shoes remain unsold after 90 days, we will contact you to explore options such as adjusting the price or scheduling a pickup.


Terms and Conditions

  • Consignment services are unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Inventory will only be accepted with an approved submission.
  • If a submission is outdated or you decide not to bring it, please take the time to cancel it so it doesn’t show on the portal.
  • If a submission is awaiting delivery, do not submit another one until it is received and listed, or it will be rejected
  • For clothing items, kindly take any bags or packaging with you for easier tracking, should you choose to retrieve or sell the items elsewhere.
  • Ensure you stay updated on emails related to your inventory; it is your responsibility.
  • Exclusive Elements is not liable for damages due to light/dust exposure or deterioration over time.
  • Failure to contact Exclusive Elements within 30 days of an inventory pickup notice may lead to price adjustments, removal of inventory, or donation of items.
  • Exclusive Elements reserves the right to implement the above actions to maintain inventory control levels.
